Hi, I’m Kelli.

I used to think that one day I would have everything figured out. Truthfully, that hasn’t happened—and I’m not sure it’s supposed to.

What I have learned, both personally and professionally, is that having someone in your corner, someone who supports you, challenges you, and helps you move forward in a way that fits naturally into your real life is priceless.

I’ve also learned that the closer we move toward our values, the more aligned life begins to feel. When who we are on the inside starts to show up in our choices, relationships, and daily life, we create something richer, something more meaningful.

Add in what research tells us about psychology, health, and wellbeing, and it becomes a pretty powerful foundation for building a life that matters.

I’m still on that journey myself, but along the way, I’ve gained real perspective, deep empathy, and practical tools for helping others navigate theirs.

Some of the experiences and challenges I work closely with include:

  • Grief and loss, including the death of a parent, for both kids and adults

  • Divorce and blending families

  • High-conflict and low-conflict co-parenting

  • Infidelity and betrayal

  • Working moms and burnout

  • High-functioning women navigating stress and overwhelm

  • Kid, tween, and teen identity and self-esteem struggles

  • Career identity and life transitions

  • Anxiety, depression, and fear of failure

  • People-pleasing and boundary work

  • Learning to live in alignment with your values

  • Christian women navigating modern life

This is a space for honest growth, practical support, and becoming more of who you were made to be. If this is you, let’s work together.
