With sessions once or twice a month, it’s designed to fit busy schedules while helping individuals build confidence, strengthen skills, and feel more supported.

Short-term counseling offers focused support for kids and teens working through a specific challenge. Over the course of 6–8 sessions, we target one area—such as anxiety, confidence, or a life transition—while building practical skills and tools that can be used long after sessions end.
